"Throughout June, Men's Health Month aims to encourage boys and men to take charge of their overall health by implementing healthy living decisions."


Here at Prestige Healthcare Resources Inc., we want to highlight some of the Men in our agency who exemplify and promote healthy living.

Dr. William B. Lawson

Q:  What is your name and how do you define “Healthy Living”?

A: Willam B. Lawson MD, PHD Living in a way to produce positive results in action, work, and relationships that  enhances the life of your self and others.

Q: What are some activities you do to maintain your health?

A: Promote mental and physical health through writing, encouraging others, martial arts, producing videos that promote mental health, and traveling. 

Q: What are some of your favorite foods you eat to maintain your health?

A: Fruits, game animals, fish, and vegetable salads. 

Q: What are some things you do to maintain your physical/mental/emotional health?

A: Participate in martial arts, sleep regularly, walk in the sun, converse with at least five people every day, go to a new restaurant (or get a food delivery ) every month, join at least three organizations promoting the life of people of color.
